Soheb Abdul Vahab
Bio
My training has primarily been as a historian of pre-Sultanate South Asia, with my earlier work focusing on inscriptions and the ritual and mortuary landscapes of early historic north India and the Deccan. More recently, my interests have expanded into the medieval period, especially in south India. My tentative dissertation project explores the rural worlds of medieval south India.
